Rhythm Clown
Perform a call and repeat comedy routine with a clown.
Made in 3 days from Prifysgol Wrecsam for GGJ 2024
Inspired by Fizzd's Rhythm Doctor and Tsunku's Rhythm Heaven series.
The song used is by nobonoko (go listen to his stuff its very good :D)
This game is audio accessible EXCEPT FOR THE MENUS AND DIALOGUE. If you are a blind gamer or just want to try it with your eyes closed, I would suggest using OCR for menus and dialogue. Unfortunately I don't have the time for screenreader or voiceacting.
I will try to upload a YouTube walkthrough here in case my explanation is confusing. Next time I'll try to tutorialise things properly.
This was my first finished project using Godot so expect it to be poorly done hahah!

Cute game. I liked the jokes. Although when to start the rhythm is a bit confusing. I feel like there should be more indications (atleast in the first few rounds) of when to press the button.

this was really cool! great concept and execution! i got 70-something haha, just from not realising its only using the spacebar the first few rounds (i dont know how to read). the challenge of reading and understanding the jokes while keeping the rhythm is uniquely fun
